PHOTOGRAPHY
As an artist, Brian Grossman experimented with many different mediums, including photography. Being someone who loved form and contrast, it is no surprise that he was drawn to the art of black & white photography.
Compared to the art of sculpture, photography is a relatively new art form, though the same principles apply.
There is a balance of light and shadow creating the same open and solid forms that one sees in sculpture.The vision of the person behind the camera conveys the message to the viewer. How the viewer responds is the completed journey.
